Orders will be processed within 5–7 business days. For express delivery options, please reach out via email or direct message (DM).

SHIPPING 
We use DHL as our international delivery courier. Please make sure to provide a valid and recognizable address along with a phone number for delivery. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within 7 to 13 working days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Didn’t get the right fit? No problem! We offer exchanges or cash refunds for all full-priced items, provided they are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. All items must be free of stains and odours. Items that fail to meet these criteria will be declined and sent back to the original shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a cash refund, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
